PADL can modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. But honestly we won’t, because we know funnier things to do.



 As payment method, we offer prepayment with bank transfer or PayPal. You will receive a confirmation by email after the successful payment. As soon as the money is on our account, the order will be processed and we’ll prepare your item(s) for the shipping.


Prices & Shipping Information

All our prices are in Swiss Franks (CHF) and does not include shipping costs.

We ship worldwide with our partner Swiss Post Economy (www.post.ch).

All shipping costs will be displayed when ordering in our shop.

For shipping within Switzerland (the landlocked country) the shipment will last about 3-5 business days. For abroad shippings about 1-4 weeks

(depending if you either hanging around on an small island in the south seas or you just sit next to our landlocked country.)

Please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order, we’re not taking responsibility to resend shippings sent to a wrong or no longer valid address.

PADL is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating stolen or lost packages once they have been delivered from our side. (We hope this won’t be the case at all!)

We have to tell you that the shipment fee for abroad shipping does NOT include the local VAT or other applicable taxes.

(Please don’t be angry with us, we hate paying taxes too.)



We only want satisfied and happy customers. Therefore we grant the right of exchange and full refund for regular priced orders when the item(s) are received back within 10 days of receiving your order. To match the return time period, we kindly ask you to try on your purchased item(s) immediately after receipt. Please consider, that sale items are excluded from exchange or any refunds.

We only accept unused products in their original condition (labels & tags need to be remain attached) and with original packaging.
Any products that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.

We cannot carry the cost for return shipment and we’re not liable for damaged or lost delivery while returning to PADL.

If item(s) are delivered damaged, then please take a picture and return the item(s) to us and we’ll of course replace whitout any additional shipping costs.

To ensure a proper process, please follow the procedure and conditions below:

  • Please report the return to info@padl-surf.com or via the contact form with the reason for the exchange.
  •  if you wish a refund provide your full banking details.
  • Please make sure to enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice so that we can easily match your return to the order placed.
